                  will need to contract with Nursery Personnel – Please call the office during
                 business hours for further instructions.

             Insurance requires van drivers to provide a copy of valid drivers’ license as well
                      as a copy of insurance coverage. By using the van(s) you agree to leave the van(s)
                    refueled and clean inside and out when you are finished.

              Person checking out key agrees to unlock/lock facility and see that facility is
                   left clean and in order. Please contact office Mon-Thurs, 8:00 – 1:00 to pick up
                  key(s). Janitorial fees will be assessed if building is left unclean and disorganized.
